Are THESE pitchers good enough?

I'm in a 8-man roster "Salary Cap" League...my pitchers are having problems right now, at least thats what i think...do YOU think these pitchers are good enough??!!? .. if not, what move should i make to get at LEAST ONE better pitcher?

Reply:Hamels and Billingsley are risky. If it was a keeper league, you would be set, but try trading Billingsley for a more experianced pitcher.
