Fantasy Baseball HELP?
I don't think you need to trade for a 3B at all. I think you need to move Bill Hall to 3B and put Podsednik in at UTIL. Podsednik will give you 30+ stolen bases and I think keeping him on your bench is a waste of a 1-stat guy.
As for a reliever, I am with you on getting an additional reliever. Adding one along with the dominant Nathan and Wickman, who will either be hit or miss, will greatly increase your chance in winning saves or getting more (Im not sure if your league is Roto or H2H).
How to get one? Well for starters if there is a huge Cardinal fan in your league, deal Rolen. You could probably get like a Chris Ray or Chad Cordero which would help if you deal Rolen. If the guy you deal with is a Cardinals fan, you might get like a Huston Street or Trevor Hoffman, who knows. Or, I recommend trading Kendrick. I think he will be a good player this year but you need an additional reliever way more than this guy rotting on your bench. There is a lot of hype over this guy, which means you could get a very good reliever for let's say a Hendrick/Burrell package.
Um, whoever above me said to trade Baldelli, absolutely do not do that. He will be good and is forced to do good because he plays on a lackluster team. Watch out for him. And trust me, he only had one bad injury in his past so saying he is injury prone is exaggerating to the extreme.
So, move Hall to 3B and Pods to UTIL and Rolen to the bench. Try and trade a Rolen/Burrell package for a decent reliever.

Reply:Trade Baldelli for a reliever very quickly. Another week or so and he'll hurt something that will put him out for a couple of months.
Overall, this isn't that bad a team.
Reply:Move some of the bench guys in positions that you have excess. Howie Kendrick and Troy Tulowitzki are players that fantasy people drool over, and you might be able to get decent pitching in return.
I'd actually try and move Giles instead of Kendrick, but I doubt you'll get anything for him. Try and get another closer for them, but having more starters won't hurt you either.
Reply:With Bill Hall and Rolen you have 2 decent 3rd basemen. If you feel you need to make a trade be sure not to give up too much. I don't know who is availanle on the waiver wire but keep an eye on Alex Gordon (KC), he could have a great year if he makes the club.
Closers are always available on the waiver wire as teams rotate closers and there are injuries. Keep an eye on what happens in Bos., Fl, and Cin, among other places and land 1 or 2 from the waiver wire before someone else does.
I would recommend adding a few pitchers and dropping a few position players or packaging together a trade for 2 or more players to get 1 better player in return.
Good luck.
