I traded J. Weaver and Nick Markakis for Utley.

Rate my team, it's loaded?
I'm going to be honest with you, your team is bad. Both in fantasy and in real baseball you need pitching which you lack. Your best pitcher is Jenks and he can only do so much for you. Plus Thomas and Mclouth bring you down a lot. If you are in a head to head leauge don't expect to finish above .500 because your pitching won't hold and its half the game. If your in roto you may get lucky but its a slim chance.
Reply:I'll be honest, but its not really that loaded. Not even on offense. Your first baseman is only above average and your outfield is weak. Not to mention your starting pitching, which is an absolute nightmare (for you, not other teams). It should help a bit when Granderson gets back but still your outfield is not strong at all. And Thomas is aging and can only play utility, so get rid of him quick if he shows any signs of decreased offense. Trading Weaver and Markakis for Utley was a really dumb move because first of all, Markakis should put up numbers nearly equal to those of Utley, and second of all, your starting pitching was already weak and you needed that ace in there. I'll tell you what you should do to try and fix this starting pitcher problem. Go scouting in your league and find a team that is in dire need of a closer, and try and get either 1 top-notch starter, or 2 decent starters that can get you an average of 6 solid innings per start. Or since you have a decent backup shortstop in Drew, maybe you could shop Rollins a bit and come up big with some good starters.

Well I hope I helped a bit. The best of luck to you this year.
Reply:Honestly your team isnt that great cause your outfielders wont put up big numbers and u need a better first baseman. You also need better pitching get rid of derek lowe, john lester and brian wilson
