Who should I trade for a second catcher...?
well, are you looking for a M / Th replacement or, just want to have another C. I'd leave things are they are, and if McCann gets hurt then IR him and go bet the hottest catcher at the time. If you NEED to have a 2nd catcher, trade / dump Ankiel. with multi position you can play Cano, and move Upton to the OF.

thats my take. The team is pretty good. I like the pitching staff, its how I'd build one, but might watch the wire and dump johnson if he doesn't get back a little. broxton and okajima should keep your ERA down and kick in some Ks.

all in all nice work.
Reply:It's a solid team overall. Since Ankiel should play over Ibanez, I'd take him and Escobar or Loney and see if you can get a taker. I don't like the Big Unit going forward either.

Are you sure you have to give anything up to get that #2 C? There are a ton of sleepers that should be fantasy contributors this season. I would first look to see if you can get a guy like Soto, Ruiz, Y. Molina, Napoli, or Towles off the waiver wire first.
Reply:i would trade ankiel because he is just not good enough to be on your team!
Reply:waiver wire. if you're looking for a player like lo duca noone on your team is worth that little. or in a future trade ask for their 2nd catcher as just a throw in.
Reply:Your team is dirty... you must be in a small league. Your starting pitching could use a little help though. Trade okajima for someone like satalamacchia or soto. A set up man doesn't mean much in most leagues and hitters will have figured him out by the time next season starts. There's plenty of young pitching out there that you can snag as a replacement.
Reply:Peralta, Lowe and Billingsley. All your weak players should get you a catcher.
Reply:I would not trade any of your pitching. Ankiel and Guillien are the logical choices, especially the former, since his mad stats dipped considerably after the one-tour around the league.
Reply:i would pick up Geovany Soto of the cubs, he had a unbelievable end to last season.

I like ur hitting but ur starting pitching staff scares me. Sheets and johnson are huge injury risks
