Comment on this fantasy baseball trade?
so, basically it's
Barrett + Kinsler + Morneau + Papelbon + Marquis being traded for
Martin + Hall + Vlad + Isringhausen + Penny
It's fairly even -- depending on what both teams need. Hall for Kinsler is a push, and so is Penny for Marquis -- like getting virtually the same player in return in both cases.
"Barry Bonds Sucks" team is getting the better catcher in Martin, and a better power source in Guerrero, because Vlad will have a higher AVG and can steal probably 15 SB's by the end of the year if he wants to.
"Bambino/Kirbster" team is getting a better closer in Papelbon even though Izzy's numbers are similar -- Boston has a much better team, and Papelbon will have many more save opportunities than Izzy will with the Cardinals.
Overall, I'd say "Barry Bonds Sucks" has the edge, primarily because Martin is head-and-shoulders above Barrett. Good trade though.
Reply:dude, way too confusing.. I dont know who you are even trading.
Reply:Way too many players! Try to get 2 for 3 deals or 4 for 3.
I like the second teams better
