Rate my fantasy baseball?
I think it's a good team, and I'd give it an 8.5/10.

C - Soto is a major sleeper and could have a huge year.

1B - Pena is good, but don't expect him to repeat last year's numbers.

2B - Phillips is the 2nd best at this position and is a 30/30 threat.

SS - Young should bounce back from a decent year.

3B - Atkins is consistently good.

IF - Gonzalez is a sleeper to hit 35 homeruns, and Aramis is very underrated. He's got 35+ power potential.

OF - Crawford is great for steals and helps in many other categories. Hermida is a sleeper, and Young is a 20/20 threat.

Util - Lowell is solid, and Teahen is decent.

Bench - Willingham is a sleeper, but I don't like Pena or Glaus.

SP - Webb is an ace, and Carmona gets lots of wins and a good ERA and WHIP with very few strikeouts. Harden is a huge injury risk. Billingsley is great for K's and Greinke is a sleeper. Gallardo is starting the year off injured, but he's solid, and Kennedy is a sleeper.

RP - Putz is arguably the best closer in the MLB and Soria is a solid closer on a bad team. Betancourt will help to keep your ERA and WHIP low.

Hope I helped!
Reply:never know before the season...but u do need pitching
Reply:hitting not too good but good pitching
Reply:I would say 6.5 out of 10. I dont know but your lineup doesnt come out to me. You have some good pitchers and some good batters. Trade for a premier batter or pitcher.
Reply:I give it a 6/10 @ best. Too much unproven talent on the team %26amp; you're VERY thin @ starting pitcher. Fix those problems %26amp; you'll be good to go.
Reply:It depends on how many owners there are in the league, but you seem a bit thin at pitching.

I like the Betancourt selection. He could be the closer if and when Borowski implodes.

Good outfield too. Would be a great one if Hermida does what they keep saying he'll do.
Reply:to be honest with u its kinda of a weak offense and defense.

trade for a star pitcher!!
Reply:idk
Reply:Ok, I will give your postion rankings, 1-10, one being good, ten be aweful:

C- 8 (You might want a more consistant batter there)

1B- 5 (That is what you want, nothing too fancy, just average, that is probable for a surprising season)

2B- 9 (This is a really bad choice I am sorry to say, might want to get to work on getting a some good ideas for a replacement from the free Agent list)

3B- 3 (Hey, that is pretty good. Oh, and Glaus will have a breakout season, might want him to play a little as well)

SS- 4 ( That guy is great, but you need a back up for "just in case", I mean shortstop is one of the most injury prone postions. Keep an eye out for a good SS free Agent.

IF- 4 (Average, well a bit better then that. No real big deals there, but you might find one or two breakout streaks with the guys...)

LF- 6 ( I am sorry to say these guys are a little too over rated to trust, might want to do some tinkering around the league, maybe trade around...)

CF- 7 ( cant say much advise here, you will get points, not many, but still points are points...)

RF- 4 (This is looking stron, keep these guys rotating in playing for the first month, they are prime to have great performances early. Good balance here.)

OF- 5 (Average overal, but do have some good breakout possiblities here)

Util- 4 ( I can't say much, this guy has a huge question mark for his performance this seaon.

BN- 3 (These are great backups, good job with these picks)

Overal, your offense is prob. about a 4 or 5, but you need to keep an eye out for a better 2B and C, they can really hurt you.

SP- 6 (Webb Harden look sharp, but they are not good enough to haul up your rotation the way yo want, sorry.:(

PS- Johan Santana will be the best overal point provider, better see what you can do...

RP- 5 (Pretty nice, but there is still a bit of room for some injuries, these guys might visit the DL a bit, I am sorry to say.)

BN- 7 (Not good backups, need to pickup some solid point providers.)

Overal Pitching- I will give a 6 or 7, you need to get some more solid arms, Webb is good as well as Putz, but you need more consistant players.

OVeral- Your team is a 6, so I will predict that you will prob. have a middle of the league year, but if you get some surprise point providers, it might pump up to third or fourth place! Good luck anyway, hope I helped.
Reply:I would say too much emphasis, if not too much hope, in younger unproven talent. You've got a lack of proven commodity. That's a problem.

That said, you have some good players that might do well in a head2head league. Your team is all about wait for opening day and see. You could be a genius or you could be a tard. Wait and see.
Reply:You guys drafted kind of early - what happens if someone gets hurt between now and the season.
