Would you make this deal?

Hes trading me Carlos Zambrano and Wes Helms and I would be giving him in return Derrek Lee and Kevin Millwood...Is this a good deal for me...Will it improve my starting lineup?Below this is my lineup...Let me know what you think..PLease explain your answer..

Don't do the deal!





You have no depth at 1b beyond Derek. Wes Helms is a 3b so that doesn't help you as you have a stud in Miggy Cab there already.





Carlos Zambrano is no doubt a huge upgrade over Kevin Millwood, but the fact that you aren't getting a 1b in return makes the deal pointless.





If you're looking to upgrade your pitching, look at the waiver wire really hard. By the looks of your team, this appears to be a shallow league so there should be a few decent options on the waiver wire.
Reply:CONS:Is Helms a 1st baseman??? Even if he is, Lee is due for a good season after last yrs injury. Zammy will be great, but Millwood is not bad either.





Pros: you have at least 5 players who can hit 20+homers if u do trade Lee. Helms can hit 20+ also.(if he plays 1st. if not. U need a replacement.) Zammy willl get u 17-22 wins w/ a lot of Ks and Millwood pitches in a hitters park.

Reply:i know your pitching is weak, but helms vs. lee is not even worthing comparing. dont' do it, unless you get a better hitter back. millwood may make you sick to yoru stomach, but he is the # 1 guy, with decent era and a tremendous offense helping him out...
